What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating leadership as a Black woman—breaking through biases while continuously proving my value in spaces that haven't always been inclusive.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
One of the most important values to me—both professionally and personally—is mentorship; I believe in lifting others as I grow and creating space for guidance, growth, and shared success.
