Ada Brewster

Ada Lynn Brewster is a seasoned transportation and logistics professional with over 30 years of experience in sales, operations, and account management within the trucking industry. A pioneer in her field, Ada was one of the first women to step into a sales role in the traditionally male-dominated transportation sector—and has remained a trailblazer ever since. Ada currently serves as a Senior Sales Executive at Bay and Bay Transportation, where she specializes in deal closure, business reviews, and strategic client partnerships. Prior to this role, she spent over eight years at Kottke Trucking, Inc., serving as both a National and Regional Account Manager. There, she was responsible for developing client relationships, creating tailored logistics solutions, and maintaining service excellence for high-demand industries such as retail and foodservice. Earlier in her career, Ada held leadership positions at Avery Trucking as a Senior Account Manager and at A & B Freight, Inc. as General Sales Manager. In these roles, she handled everything from sales and operations to brokerage agent recruiting, contract negotiation, and customer service—all with a hands-on, “cradle-to-grave” approach to business. Ada is known for her expertise in truckload, LTL, freight management, and operations, as well as her sharp negotiation skills and ability to close complex B2B deals. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and continues to set the standard for excellence in transportation sales.
